Unlike most watch repair centers Gray and Sons like to involve our customers through the process by sending them a quick snap of the movement completely disassembled. We are old-fashioned and want to show you the work that is out on every timepiece rather than to just tell you about it. As you can see in the picture attached the movement is completely taken apart down to the smallest component. Every part will undergo a deep cleaning process using a 4 step ultrasonic cleaning machine. During this step, 3 different cleaning solutions will remove all lubricants, and prepare the movement for reassembly.
